Privacy
Privacy that keeps up, with your roadmap.
Privacy is not a one-time policy update. It is a set of decisions about data, vendors, transfers, and product features. We help you make those decisions early — and document them in a way that holds up.
Why it matters
Privacy is a product decision. Treat it like one.
GDPR and UK GDPR obligations touch product, engineering, sales, HR, and support. Most teams have fragments: a privacy policy, a DPA template, a data map from last year. The gap is usually an operating system that keeps them aligned.
We build that system: a current record of processing, practical DPIAs, vendor and transfer reviews, and a request workflow your team can run without escalating every ticket.
What's included
Built around your environment.
What you walk away with
- A current ROPA and data map
- DPIAs for high-risk processing
- DPAs and transfer terms aligned
- A workable data subject request process
- A privacy cadence your team can own
Data mapping & ROPA
A current record of processing activities tied to systems, vendors, and purposes.
DPIA & product review
A practical assessment process for new features, vendors, and AI use cases.
Vendor & transfer terms
DPAs, SCCs, subprocessor reviews, and transfer impact assessments.
Data subject requests
Workflows, timelines, and templates for access, deletion, and objection requests.
Privacy operating cadence
Training, reviews, and metrics that keep the program current.
Who it's for

GDPR questions
The details, before the first call.
If your question is not here, ask it directly. We will give you a straight answer.
Ask a different questionIs GDPR certification a thing?
There is no general GDPR certification that replaces accountability. Approved certification mechanisms exist in limited contexts, but the core obligation is demonstrating compliance through records, controls, and decisions. We build the evidence trail.
Do we need a DPO?
Not always. A DPO is required in specific circumstances, such as large-scale systematic monitoring or large-scale processing of special categories of data. We assess whether the role is required and how to structure it.
How does GDPR affect AI features?
AI can introduce new purposes, profiling, and risk that require assessment. The EU AI Act adds further obligations for certain systems. We review AI use cases alongside privacy and security, not after launch.
Can you review our DPAs?
Yes. We review customer and vendor DPAs, SCCs, and subprocessor terms, and align them with your actual data flows.
What about UK GDPR and CCPA?
We cover UK GDPR, and can align your program with CCPA/CPRA and other state laws. The underlying data map and vendor inventory usually do most of the work.
